Do your repairs come with a warranty?
Yes. Eligible repairs come with a 6-month warranty covering defects in the replacement part or our repair workmanship.
What does the 6-month warranty not cover?
The warranty does not cover physical damage, accidental damage, liquid damage or water damage that happens after the repair.
Can you fix a water-damaged phone?
We offer water damage repair for mobile phones. We check the phone first — whether it can be repaired depends on how severe and widespread the damage is. The sooner you bring it in, the better.
Do you repair MacBooks and laptops?
Yes — screen, battery, keyboard, trackpad and charging port repairs, SSD and storage upgrades, software troubleshooting and data recovery. For logic board faults we run diagnostics first and repair the board where the fault is repairable.
Do you repair PS5, PS4, Xbox and Nintendo Switch?
Yes, including HDMI port repairs, power and overheating issues, disc drive and storage problems, and software faults.
Can you recover data from my phone?
We offer data recovery and data transfer services. Bring your device in and we’ll check what can be recovered.
